The Retreat Experience
During the full-day retreat, we will focus on Jesus-centered wellness through prayer, reflection, teaching, and guided conversation. Together, we will explore what it means to care for the body God has entrusted to us while allowing Jesus to lead our thoughts, habits, choices, and identity.
You will have space to reflect, reset, and receive encouragement in a peaceful environment designed for both spiritual and physical restoration.
Spa Resort Credit
Each attendee will receive a spa resort credit to enjoy during the retreat experience. This credit may be used toward a spa service, food, beverages, boutique or gift shop purchases, or other eligible resort offerings.
This added credit is included as part of the retreat because rest, nourishment, and caring for the body can become beautiful acts of gratitude, stewardship, and grace.
